Focus Face-to-Face
When making love with your partner, try it with you on top. When he’s inside you, both of you should try to lie perfectly, absolutely still, and don’t speak. Take in his scent, the heat of his body, and what you’re feeling, inside and out. Block out any noises or distractions, and focus only on the two of you. This will really connect you and your partner!
